- The completion fee is due and payable upon the successful completion of the property sale.
- We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users and will apply to services used after the date of modification.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
- You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of our Site and services. Failure to pay required fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to certain features or services.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
